Container Casters
Our container casters are a very robust product, designed to fit inside each bottom corner casting / fitting of an ISO container. Once installed, the end user is able to move the shipping or storage container in and out of a facility.
All four container casters are swivel with a swivel lock providing the ability to convert the caster from swivel to rigid. Typically, a caster is allowed to swivel for ease of movement in a tight area and is locked for traveling longer distances. For example, the end user may choose to let the two casters in the front swivel and lock the two in the rear when towing the ISO container.
The kingpinless style of our container casters feature a unique single ball race design. This design provides a high strength swivel section that will swivel easily under heavy loads. Wheels are made from HD Polyurethane, a higher capacity material than rubber, longer wear, and will not damage your floors like cast iron or steel.
Model shown has capacity of 6000 lbs rated per wheel. Dual wheel caster designs are available for higher payloads.
