Composite Drop Deck Trailers
A combination of steel/aluminum construction designed and engineered for significant weight savings and outstanding payload capacity. The steel provides greater strength and aluminum lower weight and corrosion resistance. The main rails have a capacity of 100,000 lb evenly distributed and a camber built in to eliminate sagging under heavy loads.
A variety of configurations and options are available to meet your specific requirements. Composite drop decks come in standard lengths of 48 foot and 53 foot with spread axle configuration. Options include aluminum wheels, toolboxes, load-securing devices such as chain tie-downs, and lift axles.
